Self-Love is the roadway to success” – Keeping this philosophy in mind, Sushmaa Yagnik, through persistent propaganda for self-care and preventive healing, has achieved some serious goals in life, not only for the companies she has worked with but also for her clients. After heading some of the most renowned spa and wellness brands in the country, she is prepared to bring over 20 years of unrivalled expertise and experience to The Wellness Sisters. Sushmaa believes that caring for oneself is not a luxury, but a priority. A keen traveller and a wellness curator, she is constantly tuned into the ever-evolving dynamics of the industry, and the changing customer needs. Strict adherence of discipline and dedication, Sushmaa considers productivity, concentration, energy, and creativity to be the four pillars of success. While she strongly dislikes procrastinators and unanswered texts and calls, she loves her cup of coffee and her spotlessly clean desk. A total people person and an excellent team player, Sushmaa believes that excuses are tools for non-performers and thus, is determined to raise the standards, every day.
Mahima Trivedi

Mahima Trivedi is a certified professional in CIDESCO (Confederation of International Beauty Therapy and Cosmetology), which stands for Comite International D’esthetiques et de Cosmetology (Swiss), and CIBTAC, a UK-based diploma that stands for Confederation of International Beauty Therapy and Cosmetology and spa additional, she has received official training and holds a number of diplomas, including Triphala Ayurveda courses for therapies, with her extensive experience, she specializes in management, leadership and organizational abilities. With 23 years of corporate and professional experience in the hospitality sector at various units, including 19 years of highend spa’s & salon management, sales, and marketing expertise with additional 4 years of hotel operations in different roles, Mahima Trivedi has a wealth of experience in various areas of spa operations, maintaining high standards, guest experiences, and overseeing full operations. Mahima Trivedi has been a major force in supporting brands’ opening of hotels.
She has received numerous accolades for her work as a hospitality manager and is a specialist in providing exceptional guest experiences.
She sees herself as straightforward, confident about her work, and people-oriented. She also loves to travel and wildlife photography.
Gita Bhuta
Co-Founder & Director – Wellness Sisters Pvt Ltd India
A self-proclaimed Yoga Practitioner, with a passion for wellness, a Diploma in Retail Management – in Canada, and Diploma in Event Management, feels her stint with Canada’s leading retail outlet The Laura Shoppe and Talbots has put her way ahead of the curve. Having worked with Dr. Anjali Mukherjee – founder of Health Total, changed her outlook on life completely. She believes each individual and their needs are different and hence there can be no 1 formula for all her clients. She brings with her keen intuitive skills with experience in team motivation and mentoring.
Sanaya Bhathena
Director & Corporate Trainer– Wellness Sisters Pvt Ltd India
A hobby turned to passion, and passion to the profession for Sanaya Bhatena. She comes in with a Hands on experience of 15 years from being a therapist to a trainer and a manager, she has done it all. An absolute spa enthusiast and a qualified Cidesco & Cibtac graduate who has bagged quite a few awards to her credit, “‘Asia Spa Best Therapist of the year 2016” being her most prestigious. Sanaya has been with Marriott hotels and was a member of the pre-opening team for Ritz-Carlton Pune, The Westin Chennai, and JW Marriott Sahar, being actively involved in bringing the Spa to life. She brings with her extensive technical expertise, knowledge, and managerial skills. Sanaya is devoted to her work, a leader, a team player, and a strong believer of work ethics.
